Have you taken the time recently to pause everything you're doing and took a look around you? I'm not suggesting that you're going about your daily tasks blindfolded. And yet, because you do the same things in the same way in the same context you can become blinded to the treasures that surround you. Pause and open your eyes!
The people around you, who care about you, perhaps you have children or a significant other. Just pause and take a good look, they may not be perfect, anyway who is, and yet their love and concern for you is perfect.
Gratitude is what I'm getting at! What are you grateful for? When was the last time you said thank you? I recently had a conversation with some people and it transpired that one person in the group said that by saying, 'thank you - it puts them in a deficient position, a subservient role! It's a valid concern they have and yet is it a real concern? It was an interesting point they made.
When you express gratitude you are reflecting the love back to the person who gives you love. And in that context how can you be subservient by you saying, thank you?
Practice gratitude, be grateful for nature for the love you receive, in fact for everything that you have.
Just notice how you feel as you express your gratitude. You might just surprise yourself.
Be Powerful.
