You probably know someone who frequently and or occasionally will say, "I'm not perfect, you know." It's usually said to convey an apology for something done or something not done.
Or, perhaps, there's an element of putting oneself down! Comparing yourself to someone else and saying, I'm less than you, you are above me. Or then again it may not be this.
Anyway, where is the starting point of that feeling, where does it come from, from inside your body? Perhaps it's trying to say, I'm just a human being! I'm not a machine designed to do a single task to perfection. I'm a human being and my brain can do a multitude of different things at the same time. Sometimes, I don't always get it right
So, today, please go easy on yourself. Give yourself a break. Love yourself for just who you are. You deserve it.
